A random citizen of the Polish city Włocławek, located in the heart of Poland, walked into an abandoned Lamborghini Aventador the other day and called it in. The all-black V12-powered Italian supercar was left in the middle of the street and how it got there is still a mystery to be solved.

The local police force did a quick database check – thank you EU – and the black Aventador in question appeared to be reported as stolen in Germany. While little is known about the circumstances in which the Lamborghini Aventador was stolen and how it ended up far across the border in Poland, the owner must be happy that it was recovered undamaged. At least, that’s what the dark photo indicates.

Thank you Mateusz Pietruszka for the tip.
