New spy shots of the 2017 Aston Martin DB11 have been released!
The DB11 will be the direct successor to Aston’s DB9 and is currently undergoing final testing before its release. These spy shots capture the car as it was undergoing late stage development and reliability testing in northern Finland. The DB11 is on schedule for release at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show next week.
Aston chose to skip the DB10 moniker and go directly to the DB11 name for this car as the DB10 name was reserved specifically for use in the latest James Bond film, Spectre. The DB11 will feature a twin-turbo V12 engine similar to those used in previous V12-powered Astons.
Compared to the outgoing DB9, the DB11 features a wider grille as well as entirely new headlights and hood. A small trunk lid spoiler can be seen in the spy shots as well.
The interior of the DB11 remains a mystery as no spy shots have revealed a clear picture of what Aston has in store for the the cabin.
Expect to see the full reveal of the 2017 Aston Martin DB11 at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
