Even before the 2015 Audi TT sports car was revealed, Audi Chief Engineer Ulrich Hackenberg that a crossover variant could hit the production line. Likely to incorporate the off-roading capabilities of the Allroad Shooting Brake Concept into the smaller body of the TT, such a car would definitely be unique.
In order to visual how such a car would look, X-Tomi Design has created the following rendering incorporating many of the design traits of the Allroad Shooting Brake onto the TT. While we find it hard to imagine just who would buy such a car, Audi is quite confident it could be successful.
As a matter of fact, while speaking about it recently, Hackenberg said, “I can imagine the TT has much more potential than we have used up to now. That’s why we did this Allroad [Shooting Brake] Concept. The trend is to smaller crossovers. So for example you do a crossover TT. It would have a big group of fans.”
