Sam Vesters from PS-Garage.com send us this rendering of the upcoming 2013 BMW M6 Gran Coupe. The speculative picture shows the model that will debut later this year following the expected release of the two-door BMW M6 at the Geneva Auto Salon in March. It should provide fresh competition for the Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG, a model which has had the market to itself since introduction.
We expect the M6 to share the same M-tuned 4.4 liter turbo V8 found in the new M5 except with a 40hp power hike to 600hp. In order to differentiate the two cars, expect the M6 Gran Coupe to feature a much higher price tag than the M5.
