Italdesign-Giugiaro S.p.A has released the first teaser of their concept to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show 2012, starting on the 6th of March. The picture shows a glossy red body work and an air vent offering the engine air to breathe.
The Italian design house is an automobile design and engineering company based in Moncalieri, Italy founded in 1968 by Giorgetto Giugiaro and Aldo Mantovani as Studi Italiani Realizzazione Prototipi S.p.A. The company is known for their concepts and designs for BMW, Volkswagen, Seat and Alfa Romeo.
In May 2010 the Volkswagen Group took a 90.1 percent stake in IDG, including the brand name rights and patents. The remaining shares stayed in the possession of the present owner family Giugiaro.
