The Lotus Driving Academy has just been updated with the British marque adding a new Evora 400, two Exige S models, an Exige S Club Racer and five Elise 220 Cups to its fleet.

Lotus’s Driving Academy is held at its Hethel test track in Norfolk and allows fans of the British sports car company the opportunity to get behind the wheel of its most impressive models.

Alongside the announcement of its expanded fleet of cars, the Lotus Driving Academy has now added the Exige Experience and Evora Experience to its range of driving opportunities. These experiences consist of a vehicle dynamics briefing, tours of the Lotus factory and motorsport facility and of course, on-track driving sessions.

Discussing the addition of the Evora 400 to the program, Lotus chief executive Jean-Marc Gales said “We are pleased to offer potential customers and track driving enthusiasts the opportunity to drive the new Lotus Evora 400 and our other high-performance models at our Hethel test track. Lotus prides itself on offering benchmark handling and pure driving experience and the Evora 400, developed at Hethel, is the latest proof of this concept. To drive the Evora 400 at the very track used throughout the model development process is a truly unique and privileged opportunity and we are delighted to be able to offer this experience to the public.”
