The Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance was held at the conclusion of the Monterey Car Week 2015 and a plethora of stunning historic cars were on display. Thanks to some of the guests and automobile companies, several contemporary supercars were showcased at the event as well, which you can see see in the gallery below.

These include one of the seven Lykan Hypersport’s, the final Koenigsegg One:1, a McLaren P1, Bugatti Veyron, Pagani Huayra and a Ferrari LaFerrari, among others.

Also in the gallery are two cars that were officially showcased to the public for the first time at this year’s Monterey Car Week. First is the Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV Roadster. It gets the same engine as the coupe and the price of the vehicle starts at an incredible $530,075. The production of the Aventador SV Roadster will be limited to just 500 units.

Another is the BMW Concept M4 GTS. As the name of the car implies, it is a hardcore variant of the M4 Coupe. The most significant mechanical change is its implementation of a water-injection system pioneered by the M4 MotoGP Safety Car. That water-injection system utilises a 1.3 gallon water tank with water being injected directly into the plenums of the intake manifold. This results in lower compression temperatures, extra horsepower and more torque.
