Canadian tuning specialists SR Auto Group revealed a set of photos of a brand new customer-spec Jaguar F-Type R Coupe fitted with PUR Wheels. We loved the Jaguar F-Type R Coupe when we drove it a few months ago. For one thing, the design is stunning. The photos reveal that the new rims fill the wheel arches even tighter than the standard units.
The wheels are PUR RS07 units in 21 inch sizes measuring 9 inches across at the front and 10.5 inches across at the rear. For us, the size is a little too big, of course, aftermarket wheels are an extremely subjective conversation topic though. The finish on these rims are Brilliant Silver which contrasts the Dark Sapphire Metallic bodywork.
In terms of spec, this Jaguar F-Type R Coupe appears to be top of the range with a set of Carbon Ceramic brakes clearly visible under the new wheels. Under the bonnet it features a 5.0 litre supercharged V8 engine with 550 hp capable of setting a 0 to 60 mph time of just 4.0 seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 186 mph.
The F-Type R Coupe also gets torque vectoring by braking, something that the Convertible does not. It is the only model in the range to feature this option. Take a look at our review to find out why we rate the F-Type R Coupe so highly!
