Each year the Concours d’Elegance Trophy Salvarola Terme is held near Modena in Italy’s ‘Motor Valley’, where iconic Italian marques like Ferrari and Lamborghini are headquartered. This year marked the fifteenth installment of the classic event and GTspirit reader and photographer, Matteo Grazia, was on hand to photograph some of the stunning cars in attendance.
Bugatti served as this year’s special guest for the event, bringing eight historic models out from the Bugatti Club Italia. The cars ranged from 1920 to 1930 model years, and included an extremely rare Bugatti Type 57 Ventoux and a 1925 Bugatti Type 23.
All in all, more than 50 vehicles participated in the Trophy Salvarola Terme from a variety of different time periods. The location of the show, Hotel Terme Salvalora in Sassuolo, is just 10 km away from the Ferrari factory. As such, many classic and modern Ferraris were on site including a 250 GT Lusso a 250 GTE and a Ferrari 458 Speciale. Other vehicles on hand included a Lamborghini 400 GT, a Bugatti EB110 and an Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 SS, which was awarded with Best in Show.
