An absolutely awesome grandfather in China has created this for his grandson; a special mini-sized Lamborghini replica which he will use to transport his grandson to and from school in.
The man named Old Guo and aged 50, created his small Lamborghini replica out of hand cut stainless steel and under the body work, it is believed to utilise the drivetrains of two electric mopeds while also utilising their skinny tyres. With a claimed range of about 37 miles and a top speed of 25 mph, this awesome electric car should perform its required job perfectly.
The project is said to have taken Guo about 6 months and cost the equivalent of just over $800 in the U.S. While the car isn’t allowed to be driven on main public roads, it can be driven in parks and smaller residential roads. Finally, Guo created a special steel trailer for the car indicating that he plans to use the go-kart sized replica for some towing as well!
Talk about making the best of what you have!
