Video: Porsche Details Design Process of Panamera Sport Turismo

Making the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo was always going to be a tough ask for the design team leading the German company. Sure, they had the basic Panamera to start with, but a completely new car was essentially designed from the ground up in order to create a new Panamera which would finally silence the design critics of the regular car while simultaneously appealing to consumers and having the ability to perform efficiently.

In the following video, Porsche takes us through a journey regarding the design and development of the Panamera Sport Turismo to actually depict just how much hard work goes into creating such a car.

The video also includes interviews with some of the most invaluable members of the brand’s design team discussing how such a car was created in the timeframe allotted leading up to the car’s reveal at the 2012 Paris Motor Show.
