SSC North America, the American supercar manufacturer and the creator of the record breaking Ultimate Aero and the recently unveiled Tuatara, announces a new corporate identity strategy which more clearly identifies itself as a North American super car manufacturer.
According to the Americans, it is now a good time to clear up any potential confusion, as from time to time they got asked if they were associated in any way with the automotive legend Carroll Shelby or his companies. SSC North America, the super car manufacturer is in no way associated with Carroll Shelby or any related entities.
The US car maker often referred to as Shelby Supercars or SSC for short has dropped the name Shelby from its official title and will for now on be called SSC.
