New Bugatti Veyron with 1200hp

Bugatti Veyron

It seems that Bugatti is working on a new version of the current Veyron. This time there are no new colour variants or newly refined interior trims, we are talking about a brand new car. Professor Ferdinand Piëch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, confirmed the next-generation Bugatti will have 1200hp.

During a lecture at the Vienna University of Technology he unveiled the secret of the next Bugatti model. For Bugatti it was not without controversy that a revised vehicle would hit the stage any time soon. The current Veyron has sixteen cylinders in a W-arrangement and up to 1001hp. The amount will be increased with twenty percent up to 1200hp.

Ferdinand Piëch told the audience that he already drove the new version of the Veyron. He praised the great practicality of the super-athlete.
