Having unveiled its Fyling Hunstman 6×6 earlier in the year, British company Kahn Design has just unveiled a new pickup variant of the car. Baring many similarities to the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 but costing significantly less, we can see the car proving quite popular.

The Kahn Design Flying Hunstman 6×6 pickup is based around the Land Rover Discovery and as standard, comes with a 2.2-litre diesel engine. However, an LS3 V8 engine with 430 hp on tap can be ordered for those looking for some extra punch. The 6×6 pickup is available with either a 6-speed manual transmission or instead, either a 4 or 6 speed auto box. It is also offered in both right hand drive and left hand drive configurations.

At the front, the car looks significantly different to a run-of-the-mill Defender thanks mainly to the bespoke bonnet, new headlights, blacked-out grille and revised bumper. Meanwhile, other custom body panels adorn the car including the six flared wheel arches. At the rear, the car features a very similar pickup design to the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 but overall, Kahn Design’s offering seems to be a little bit smaller.

Nevertheless, with a price tag starting at just below 100,000 pounds, the Kahn Design Flying Huntsman 6×6 pickup is certainly an option for those that missed out on the limited run G63 AMG 6×6.
