Looks like Gemballa are not quite finished with the Carrera GT yet. They’ve updated there website today to give us a glympse of the Gemballa Mirage GT ‘Carbon Edition’. There’s very few details however apart from the fact that it has 670bhp and that it will do 335 km/h (208mph)
It’s claimed that it will also do 0–100 km/h (62mph) in 3.7 seconds (Stock 3.9) 0-200 km/h (124mph) in 9.7 seconds (Stock 9.9). We suspect that this Mirage will be lighter than the other through the use of Carbon Fibre and Ceramic Brakes. I suppose we’ll have to wait until they provide us with more information but from what we see at the moment it looks very promising!

That’s beautiful!
UGLY!
I would only drive a stock one.
btw. what’s that thing on the airintake on the roof?? Looks pretty strange.
Guess, it’s a camera for driving backwards…
I can guess that it’s an outlet valve to reduce the pressure on the Carbon Fibre intake on the roof. I suppose if you get too much airflow the pressure gets too much and perhaps the car can’t take it?
Anyway’s that would be my best guess!!
Yeah, Lawrence you are right.
Camera was a shit guess from me.
To me it’s a very unusual shape for an air vent, but a very common one for a cam.
the press release says the thing on the back was gemballa’s attempt to catch up to BMW and their “fin” radio aerial mount
Very nice…
I went trawling throught the previous press releases for the Mirage’s earlier because it’s a deisn feature of all of them. Couldn’t find any info though. Tdaily could well be correct.
i like this. the headlights make it look evil
