Video Audi Recaps 24 Hours of Le Mans 2011 Thriller

13.854 seconds – the thin line between triumph and defeat, between joy and pain, at the 2011 24 hours of Le Mans. The German car manufacturer and the Audi R18 TDI reached the 10th Le Mans victory in 12 races, an epic record.

The race was one of the closet ever driven. The number 2 Audi was the fastest car during qualifying. The team had to hold off four Peugeots for more than half the race, after both Allan McNish and Mike Rockenfeller suffered massive crashes in front of millions TV watchers around the world.
