SEMA 2010: Zero South Biodiesel Electric Hummer H1

Zero South Biodiesel Electric Hummer H1

The SEMA Motor Show is known for its extreme creations which must have caught the attention of tuning company Zero South that popped up with this Biodiesel Electric Hummer. The modified H1 rides on tracks at all four corners, very useful for expeditions on unpaved terrain, such as a planned trip to the South Pole.

The Zero South Biodiesel Electric Hummer was originally setup to run on B99 fuel, but car maniac Jay Leno joined the team and modified the powertrain to a four-cylinder diesel VW engine. It will be interesting to see how it performs in extreme conditions!
