An exceptional silver 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder is currently up for sale in Melbourne, Australia. This particular 918 Spyder is believed to be the only one currently in Australia and arrived last month. As the car is left-hand drive, it isn’t road registrable in the country.

As a 2015 model, it has unsurprisingly covered very few kilometres with the odometer currently sitting at a mere 30 kms. The story behind this 918 isn’t known but it’s likely it was originally ordered from the factory by a private collector who then sold it to Dutton Garage. Whatever the case may be, its understated spec should ensure it is popular among all prospective 918 owners.

Silver Porsche 918 Spyder

For starters, it has been painted in a simple shade of silver and is rolling on the standard silver and black wheels reminiscent of those from the original 918 Concept. It also includes bright green brake calipers and green badges and a carbon fibre front splitter. As it makes do without the Weissach package, the lightweight wing has been painted rather than finished in gloss carbon fibre. Inside, black leather adorns the seats and elements of the dashboard, door panels, centre console and transmission tunnel. Bright green contrast piping is also found through alongside numerous carbon fibre components.

No local price has been given but there’s a good chance it could be purchased by an international buyers.
