Comedian Steve Martin has listed his stunning Caribbean island house for sale at $7.78 million. The house is located in St. Bart and interestingly, it has been on the market since 2013 and was originally priced at $11.24 million.
The property is 3000 square feet in size and includes four large bedrooms. Also found within are cathedral like wooden ceilings as well as tiled floors in some rooms and wooden floorboards in other rooms. Also found within are a selection of open living spaces including a large dining room offering truly spectacular views of the water.
Some of the key exterior selling points are the two-tiered swimming pool, a gazebo and an alfresco dining area. While all of these features are nice, they are certainly overshadowed by the absolutely extraordinary views provided by the house.
