The McLaren 12C and 650S are both insanely fast supercars more than worthy of the fabled McLaren badge. In standard form, the 650S is of course faster than the 12C but thanks to the twin-turbocharged 3.8-litre V8 engine found in both, they can be easily tuned to produce significantly more power and torque than stock.

In the United States recently, a bone stock yellow 650S Spider went head-to-head with a modified 12C in a number of rolling drag races. While the 650S pumps out 641 hp, the white 12C in question features a tune from AMS Performance as well as a set of aftermarket downpipes making for a total of 716 hp. Despite the rather hefty performance advantage, all three races provide different and interesting results.
