Italian car maker Mazzanti Automobili will officially present their production version of the Evantra at the Top Marques Monaco car show 2013. The brand has made a transition from Faralli & Mazzanti (F & M) to Mazzanti Automobili. The abbreviation “F & M” is still displayed in the gold/blue logo.

The name comes from the ancient etruscan language, Evantra for the etruscan was the goddess of immortality. The design has been supervised by Luca Mazzanti together with Zsolt Tarnok. It features a lightweight steel chassis with either a composite material or handcrafted aluminum body.

The sports car is powered by a six-in-line boxer engine with a displacement of 3.5 liter and a performance of 403hp or 603hp. The higher output is achieved by fitting two turbos. With the latter installed, the Evantra is capable of zero to 100km/h in 3.7 seconds. The total size of the car is 4,325mm in length, 1,225mm in height and 1,955mm in width. The wheelbase is 2,550mmm. The total weight is 1,200kg.

Only five copies of the Mazzanti Evantra will be build per year. The price tag has not yet been revealed.
