Lexus LF-Lc Blue Concept Heading to 2012 Australian International Motor Show

The Lexus LF-LC Concept made its debut at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show earlier this year. The wonderful looking concept is now heading to the 2012 Australian International Motor Show dressed in a new color and with several new upgrades.

The concept is now called the Lexus LF-LC Blue Concept. The model received a new unique exterior paint color called Opal Blue, a next generation Lexus Hybrid Drive with high energy battery pack and leverages Project LFA with use of carbon fiber.

The performance is delivered via an Advanced Lexus Hybrid Drive, which features an Atkinson cycle combustion engine which is mated to a high-energy battery pack. Combined, the LF-LC Blue Concept’s gasoline/electric hybrid powertrain develops 500hp, the highest ever in any Lexus hybrid.
