Spyshots: 2013 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster Winter Testing

Thanks to Teamspeed spies, we can now show you the first pictures of the brand new Lamborghini Aventador Roadster test mule winter testing. The car was spotted in Northern Sweden and the pictures here prove 100 percent what we have been reporting.

The Lamborghini LP700-4 Aventador Roadster is ready for its debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2012 next week on the 5th of March. The roofless sports car is the logical follow-up of the current LP700-4 coupe, which was released at last year’s Geneve Auto Salon.

Not a lot is known about the car, but we expect a similar technical setup as the coupe with an improved roof construction with respect to its predecessor, the Murcielago. If you look closely at the pictures you will see that the roof line was kept quite similar to the coupe. The top replaces the coupe roof completelely, but the lines of the cabin have hardly changed. We are looking forward to see the finished setup next week.
