The next video shows a Bugatti Veyron hitting a speed of 225mph (360km/h) in the US. The driver managed to do seven 215-225mph runs without being caught. On each of the runs a different passenger drove along.
The runs were filmed by different cameras inside and outside the hypercar. The car was kept in handling mode (not top speed mode) due to uneven surface of the road used.
On the way back from the border, an officer stopped the car to take a look at it. No citations given since the car was driven at 80mph. About 12 gallons was burned on the seven speed runs.
