We were surprised when a couple of days ago Italian coachbuilder Castagna Milano unveiled their limousine conversions of the Fiat 500. But even more remarkable conversions are possible: London based limousine brokerage service called Limo Broker recently announced plans to build the world’s first Audi R8 V10 stretch limousine.
Powered by a 5.2-liter V10 which provides 525 horsepower and 530Nm of torque, the Audi R8 V10 coupé accelerates from standstill to 100km/h in only 3.9 seconds, and has a top speed of 317km/h. These performance figures ensure the one-off stretched R8 will become the fastest limo in the world.
The British company is planning to slice the German sports car in half and add a few extra meters to accommodate eight people. The stretched R8 will feature leather-clad bucket seats and gullwing doors. Limo Broker states on their website:

At this moment the Audi R8 V10 Limousine is just a concept, but work on the car has already begun. The car is expected to hit the roads in the summer of 2012.
