Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá Opens in Colombia

Four Seasons has opened a brand new luxury hotel in the emerging city of Bogotá , Columbia.

The opening of the Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá marks the second Four Seasons property in the city. “Bogota is having its moment on the global stage, and Four Seasons is thrilled to be part of it as we welcome both world travellers and local guests,” says Luis Argote, who grew up in the city and is now General Manager of both Four Seasons Hotel Bogota and Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogotá. “If you thought you knew Bogota, you’re in for a surprise, and if you’ve never been here before, I promise you’ll be back.”

In addition to the opening of the new hotel, Four Seasons is also opening a brand new Japanese restaurant called Kūru next door. The restaurant will be open for lunch, dinner and cocktails. Patrons can expect to experience shareable sushi and sashimi alongside Japanese mains with hints of Latin American flavours. The mainstay of Kūru is chef Diego Soriano’s robata barbecue.

Multiple international publications have named Bogotá as the new “Capital of Cool”, according to Four Seasons.

From the gallery we can tell that Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá retains all of the luxury and appeal we have come to love about all Four Seasons properties. And considering how exciting Bogotá is becoming, we can’t wait to stop in and try the hotel for ourselves!
