The covers have just been taken off the special 2016 Porsche 911 GTS Rennsport Reunion Special Edition. The model has been revealed to help celebrate the fifth Rennsport Reunion taking place at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in the United States.

The car comes courtesy of the Porsche Exclusive division and will be limited to just 25 examples. Porsche has differentiated the 911 GTS Rennsport Reunion Special Edition from the standard GTS thanks to a new shade dubbed Fashion Grey as well as a set of black and red decals. Elsewhere, there are gloss black 20-inch Sport Classic wheels and blacked-out elements on the wing mirrors.

In the cabin, the German sports car has been adorned with a new steering wheel from SportDesign as well as custom illuminated scuff plates while the door panels, dashboard, headrests and floor mats featuring Carmine Red stitching. Elsewhere, the lid of the centre compartment features a Rennsport Reunion V logo and ‘911 GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition’ lettering on the leather key pouch.

Powering the car is the same 430 hp engine of the regular 911 GTS. That engine is mated solely to a manual transmission accelerating the car to 96 km/h in 4.2 seconds and a 305 km/h top speed.
