White Ferrari 488 GTB Crashes in Germany

It was bound to happen and now it has; the world’s first reported Ferrari 488 GTB crash.

This maiden crash for the Italian supercar took place in Cologne, Germany. Local media reports that behind the wheel of the 488 GTB was a 22-year-old who at the time of the crash, was apparently racing an Audi R8 as well as another Ferrari model.

Police say that after accelerating, the young and inexperienced driver of the 488 GTB lost control with it spearing into a tunnel wall.

Fortunately, the damage doesn’t seem too bad with the only damage visible being centred at the front bumper and front wheel arch. It’ll therefore be quite simple to repair but certainly won’t come cheap!
