During the ongoing Dubai Motor Show 2013, Bentley quietly introduced a special edition of the Mulsanne dubbed the Bentley Mulsanne Shaheen for the Middle East.
The Bentley Mulsanne Shaheen has been created as Bentley’s latest flagship luxury model and takes inspiration from the Shaheen eagle, which is a staple in Middle Eastern culture and society. To reflect this inspiration, the Bentley Mulsanne Shaheen has been painted with Tungsten and Onyx paintwork while also featuring Magnolia and Beluga leather inside.

Additionally, the Mulsanne Shaheen comes standard with the Mulliner Driving Specification which sees the fitment of unique 21-inch alloy wheels, Bentley Flying ‘B’ wing vents as well as a Diamond Quilted leather trimmed cabin. Additionally features of the Mulliner Driving Specification include sports suspension and steering.
Further options include iPad picnic tables, a complete Wi-Fi hotspot, large glass sunroof and an electrically operated bottle cooler.
Under the hood, the Bentley Mulsanne Shaheen is fitted with the same 6.75-liter V8 as the standard car. That engine produces 505 hp and 752 lb-ft of torque from 1750 rpm.
When discussing the new Bentley Mulsanne Shaheen, Bentley’s Regional Director Asia, Middle East & Africa Geoff Dowding said, “The Middle East is the biggest market for our flagship Mulsanne, so this year we really wanted to create a car especially for our customers here. Our in-house Mulliner design team from the factory in Crewe, UK spoke directly with many Mulsanne customers to create this limited addition Mulsanne Shaheen”.
