The Bentley Mulsanne is the new flagship for the brand from the United Kingdom. Its level of interior luxury and exterior refinement was displayed here at the IAA 2009, where it had its European debut. Its name refers to the famous Mulsanne corner at the Le Mans 24 Hous circuit where Bentley won six times.
In the new Mulsanne the 6¾-litre V8 develops 505bhp (377kW). The torque (1020Nm / 752lb ft) is delivered at 1800rev/min. We can expect that the Mulsanne will be in the dealers showroom’s by summer 2010. It is still unclear what the new luxury car will cost.
