Tangospeed Snowcamp

Yesterday the Tangospeed snowcamp kicked off! Together with Hece, Tango, Joe, Lars, Jarmo and of course Mika we drove from Oulu in Finland to an icetrack just south of the artic circle. There were a couple cars waiting for us to be driven around the track. Mika and Hece jumped in and it didn’t take longer then one lap before Hece got stuck. Due to recent warm weather the icetrack looked more like a swimming pool on some stretches. Careful drivers as we are it didn’t take long before both cars crashed and got so stuck in the snow that only a tractor could save us:

The results after 10 minutes of fun: a flat tyre, doors that don’t open, no windscreen wipers, flooded engine and enough dents to make your insurance company cry…

After the fun on the icetrack a stop at Santa’s village couldn’t be missed on the way to Lapland:

After a 2 hour drive from Santa Village we arrived in Levi. Jake and his girlfriend joined us at the lodge for a day. Sten and Henning arrived later that evening after we had dinner in a restaurant called Tango. It’s all in the name. After a perfect meal we went to the Hullu Poro areena, Hullu Poro means crazy reindeer so you can imagine what it was like. There was a finnish band playing so all the finnish people went crazy downstairs:

But to be honest we were to busy with other things in the vip area:
