You may have heard of German tuning company “Arden” before. The in Krefeld based tuning company have been creating pretty unique vehicles according to their clients most wild imaginations over the past 40 years. One of their most recent creations? The Arden Range Rover AR 9 Spirit Special Edition.

Fitted with a distinctive AR 9 Spirit wide aerodynamic body kit, the Range Rover has a much wider and lower appearance. Sprayed with an “Arden Tobago Red” paint job, which is a process of at least seven layers of coating, the tuned Range Rover has a unique shine and colored look to it. The body work is finished with plastic-nano protection film so the customer get’s to enjoy the SUV’s unique polish even longer.

Going nicely with the red, the Arden Range Rover AR 9 Spirit Special Edition is equipped with several carbon fiber elements. The engine bonnet trim panel, several lateral applications, mirrors and doorknobs all received a carbon fiber trim. The car’s wheels are something quite special too. The mulit-piece 10×22 Arden Sportline rims are finished in black, contributing to the car’s exclusive presence.

Arden have made a few revisions under the hood as well, increasing the Range Rover’s power with approximately 138 hp (101 kW) to a steady 650 hp (478 kW). The car’s maximum torque is 800 Nm, good for a quick sprint to a 100 km/h. The upgrade in power comes from a new compressor kit that Arden have fitted into the customized car. With its main component being high-alloyed aluminum in combination with special forged pistons, the new compressor kit works very well with the Arden high-performance exhaust system.

Similarly contributing to the car’s increased performance, Arden installed a carbon-ceramic braking system. The upgraded braking system proofs to be a double-win for the new Range Rover, saving weight while improving road performance.

Open the luxury tuned SUV’s doors, and you will find a highly detailed interior with a unique ambiance. Arden have home-crafted the quilted seats with a mix of red- and black-colored alcantara and leather materials. The interior is finished with contrasting stitching on the doors, center console and dashboard.

Arden’s fine craftsmanship extends over the rest of the interior, upgrading the footwells with leather carpets, adding an aluminum pedal set and of course, more carbon fiber. The steering wheel is modified as well, while you’ll find the Arden embroidery back in the headrests of the handcrafted seats.
