A special version of the Land Rover Discovery Sport has just been launched at the IAA Frankfurt Motor Show 2015 in the form of the HSE Dynamic Lux. It will top out the impressive Discovery Sport range and introduces a number of advanced driver assistance technologies to the British off-roader.

Arguably of most significance for the Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE Dynamic Lux is the Intelligent Dynamics options package which comes standard. That kit includes Land Rover’s advanced All Terrain Progress Control as well as its adaptive dampers at all four corners. Another key element of the HSE Dynamic Lux is the Active Driveline which depending on road conditions, can send all the power to either two wheels or four wheels.

Beyond the mechanical upgrades, the Discovery Sport HSE Dynamic Lux can be differentiated from other models thanks to numerous gloss black accents like the front grille and Discovery badge, wing mirrors, roof, roof spoiler and parts of the rear fascia. The Dynamic Lux also has body-coloured bumpers and 20-inch black wheels.

Discussing the car, Land Rover design boss Gerry McGovern said “The Discovery Sport Dynamic has been created to heighten the design appeal of the Discovery Sport. Gloss black is a key accent colour differentiator on the exterior, while the use of body-coloured bumpers and door claddings emphasise its on-road, sporty presence.”
