The Italdesign Zerouno which debuts here at the Geneva Motor Show 2017 heralds a new era for the Italian automobile manufacturer. The Italian-designed supercar announces a new purpose for the Volkswagen Group company as a custom coach-building specialist. The Italdesign Zerouno will be built as a limited edition run of just 5 cars. We took a closer look!

Italdesign Giugiaro have penned some pretty special supercar projects in the past, including the DeLorean DMC-12 and the Maserati MC12. For their own project, the Zerouno gets some pretty unique bodywork with various scoops and wings generating a unique aerodynamic profile.

It is seemingly built upon the platform of the Lamborghini Huracan. Under the bodywork is a naturally aspirated 5.2 litre V10 engine. Although no power figures have been released yet, we are told that the Zerouno will manage a 0-100 km/h time of just 3.2 seconds with a top speed in excess of 330 km/h.
