2018 Alpine A110 Revealed ahead of Geneva Debut

Renault breathes new life into its Alpine sports car marque and the new Alpine A110 will be its first product after decades of silence. Renault chose the world’s highest stage, the Geneva Motor Show, to reveal its brand new Alpine A110 sports car.

While we will have to wait until the official press conference during the show, Alpine already revealed a couple of images of their brand new two-seater coupé.

So far we know that the A110 will be based on a full aluminum platform and upper body. Because of its compact size and carefully sculpted lightweight design, we expect the Alpine to pack a modest engine in order to fully exploit the car’s low weight and boost agility.

From the first photos we don’t see too many flics and features such as carbon fiber aerodynamic components. It really looks like an accessible sports car for the ordinary enthusiast, but we have to wait for pricing to be released to really draw a sensible conclusion on this part.
