While a possible facelift for the BMW M4 has been kept under the radar and information is popping up here and there, it seems like the Bavarian car brand is indeed actively working on a very modest facelift of one of their successful sport coupes.

Judging from the photos and information that has been circling around, changes have absolutely been kept at a minimum and it will be a facelift in its most traditional sense. The six-cylinder M4 is expected to get a reworked front bumper with modified air intakes and optional full-LED headlights instead of the current xenon headlights.

More important changes however will be focused at the convenience of the driver, with updates coming to a range of driver assistance systems and comfort features such as the traffic-jam assistant that is featured on the BMW 5-Series. On the drivetrain side of things the 3.0-liter in-line six-cylinder with an output of 431 hp is there to stay. We will update you as soon as we know more!
