This year Tour Auto 2016 celebrated their 25th anniversary with a special route designed to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Tour de France Automobile retrospective.

Organized by Peter Auto, the 2016 rally was held from April 18th to 24th and featured 240 participants. This years rally finished for the first time in the Peter Auto era with a special nighttime driving stage on rally roads above the Cote d’Azur.

The rally started off with the 240 cars being displayed at the Grand Palais in Paris before setting off the first competition stage the next day.

This year some of the cars included a 1962 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta, 1974 Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 3.0 and a 1970 Plymouth Hemi ‘Cuda just to name a few. You can view the full galleries available here to see the rest of the 240 car grid! There are some epic photos.
