There are “Supercar Experiences” and then there are “Auto Vivendi Supercar Experiences”.

Last week the team at Auto Vivendi and Vmax200 invited us down to the famous Bruntingthorpe proving ground, to get a glimpse of their new event on offer – The Hypercar Holy Trinity 200mph Challenge. As the name would suggest, this event gives you the rare opportunity to drive the most famous three hypercars available today, Porsche’s 918 Spyder, McLaren’s P1 and Ferrari’s LaFerrari and unsurprising the “challenge” is to take each of these new breed hypercars to 200mph down Bruntingthorpe’s near 2 mile straight.

Along with the big three, Auto Vivendi allows warm up runs in the Porsche 991 Turbo, McLaren MP4-12C and Ferrari 458 before moving onto their bigger brothers. Each run is recoded on the highly accurate GPS driven Vbox, which allows the drivers to download their trap speeds down the runway onto a laptop to see diagnostics and top speed.

A full safety team and professional instructors are on hand to make sure the event is as safe as it can be. With you in the driver’s seat accompanied by an instructor you set off, perfecting your gear changes at optimum revs, pushing the cars to their limits. This truly is the best of the best when it comes to supercar experiences.

Now all of this does come at a price, however considering Top Gear themselves could not put this together what price can you really put on this? For a single driver it is GBP £7500 inc VAT, or for the ultimate group session, 20 drivers for GBP £100k + VAT.

Given that this event enables you to have the ultimate bragging rights, becoming one of only a handful of people worldwide that can say they have driven “The Holy Trinity” of cars to 200mph, we think this is very reasonably priced.
