New spy shots have been released of the 2018 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 as it undergoes development testing.
The spys show a heavily camouflaged car as it undergoes testing at General Motors Milford Proving Grounds in Michigan. While the Z/28 may be heavily camouflaged we do know that this next-gen car will feature a much more aggressive bodykit that will bring it more in line with the likes of the recently introduced ZL1 Coupe and Convertible.
Engine options for the new Z/28 remain unknown. However, there is a strong rumor hinting that Chevy will offer a 3.6-liter biturbo V6 that will replace the previously used 7.0-liter V8. The previous V8 produced a substantial 505 horsepower and 481 pound-feet of torque.
Expect to see the new Z/28 sometime in 2017. We will keep you updated as more development news becomes available.
This is it things are over if the move to a 6 cylinder engine :(
