The big reveal for Audi at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show was of course the brand new Audi Q2. But what about the quiet world premiere of the Audi S4 Avant? There was a stunning “Vegas Yellow” Audi S4 Avant on display that probably deserved a little more attention.

The Audi S4 Avant packs a turbocharged V6 paired with an eight-speed S-tronic automatic transmission. Producing 354 hp (260 kW) and 500 Nm of torque, the performance Avant speeds to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds. The car’s top speed is of course electronically limited at 250 km/h.

Featuring permanent Quattro all-wheel drive and a torque vectoring system, this is one of the most road-stable performance estates money can buy. Add in the optional sport differential, a tip-tronic gearbox and some 19-inch wheels to go with the more aggressive looking exterior and you have got yourself a very capable family-friendly sports car.
