Chevy used the Detroit Motor Show 2016 to show off their revised and updated 2016 Camaro models – the SS and RS.

The redesigned 2016 Camaro SS remains as one of the most sought after and powerful variants Chevy’s most popular muscle car. It features the same 6.2-litre naturally-aspirated LT1 V8 engine as the current Corvette Stingray therefore delivering an equal 455 hp and 455 lb-ft of torque.

The suspension setup on the Camaro SS includes Chevy’s innovative Magnetic Ride Control system with active suspension.

As for braking, the Camaro SS gets Brembo brakes measuring 13.6-inch (345 mm) front rotors with four-piston fixed calipers and 13.3-inch (338 mm) rear rotors with four-piston fixed calipers. And with 455 horsepower on tap, you will want to be able to stop in a hurry.
