The Lamborghini Aventador is by no measure a slow car. With a high-revving naturally-aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine, the Lamborghini Aventador is capable of sprinting to 100 km/h in a mere 2.9 seconds and on to a 350 km/h top speed. That being said, there are a few adrenaline junkies that still want more!
The owner of the Aventador in the video above, Ryan, took his Underground Racing Twin Turbo Lamborghini to Omega Motorsport’s No Flyzone 1/2 mile event in Maricopa, Arizona. His Aventador is the first to participate in such an event and the results, as you would imagine, were incredible. After a few shakedown runs, Ryan hit 217 mph (350 km/h) in the standing 1/2 mile! Its power output is said to be north of 1500hp.
