Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has just celebrated the opening of Hotel Casablanca, the company’s leading luxury hotel in Morocco.
The Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca is located a mere 10 minutes away from the city centre and the financial district in the Anfa neighbourhood, regarded as the city’s most upscale residential area. The hotel consists of 186 luxurious rooms catering for different budgets with almost all of the rooms have balconies overlooking the ocean.
As it stands, the most exclusive restaurant at the hotel is dubbed ‘Bleu’ and run by executive chef Thierry Papillier. It offers the finest in French cuisine and incorporates an open kitchen to provide guests with a unique dining experience. Elsewhere is ‘Bleu Bar’ as well as ‘Mint’ which is a lobby lounge including a selection of exclusive cocktails and an all-day menu. Next year, a new restaurant and lounge located next to the swimming pool and named ‘Latitude 33’ will be opened.
