On August 22nd, Porsche of North Houston hosted the 2015 Porsche Concours d’Elegance in La Trattoria Tuscano, Texas. The event was split into a number of different classes catering for all of Porsches finest models produced to date.

The classes included P1 (356 models), P2 (1965-84 911s), P3 (1985-1998 911s, P4 (1999-present Porsche 911s), P5 (front-engined models – 924/928 etc), P6 (Boxster and Cayman, P7 (Panamera, Cayenne), D (display) and R (race). As with all Concours d’Elegance events, awards were handed out to the most impressive cars displayed.

If we were the ones handing out the rewards, the top prize certainly would have gone to one of the Porsche 918 Spyder models in attendance, most likely the bright yellow example installed with silver magnesium wheels and the Weissach aerodynamics package. Other 918s at the event included a dark blue example as well as a silver Weissach model.

Other highlights included a blue 991-generation Porsche 911 GT3, a gloss black Porsche Boxster Spyder and a yellow 2015 911 GT3.
