The very first McLaren P1 GTRs have begun to arrive in the hands of very wealthy customers around the world. In Barcelona recently, no less than seven P1 GTRs hit the incredible Catalunya Formula One circuit for their first private track day outing.
While pictures of the line-up are limited at the moment, we did stumble upon the following video showing a hot lap of the circuit onboard one of the seven. From what we can tell, this P1 GTR is painted silver with a number of bright orange accents and as the clip shows, the track-focused variant of the British hybrid hypercar is potently fast around the circuit.
The quickest time recorded by the P1 GTR in this video is a 1:50.49. To put that time into perspective, the race lap recorded around the circuit is a 1:21.67 set by Kimi Raikkonen in his Ferrari Formula One car in 2008.
