Actor Tom Cruise has just sold his large Hollywood Hills estate for $11.4 million. The estate encompasses two separate properties on the 2.5 acre block of land.
The first of the two houses is situated on a small knoll and has three bedrooms as well as five bathrooms. The house has a distinct European-style to it and can be reached via the long private driveway. The house has 4965 square feet of living space and other key elements of it include the large kitchen and the oak floors.
As for the second house, it is significantly larger with seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms and is joined to the house buildings on the estate with the stone paths and driveways.
Other key selling points of the estate include a third stone building perfect for a wine cellar, a large swimming pool with a spa, waterfall and a wooden bridge.
