The Ferrari 16M Scuderia Spider is unquestionably one of the most stripped-back and hardcore convertible models ever produced by the Italian marque. The car was initially introduced to celebrate the Italian marque’s 16th constructor’s world championship in Formula One.
The 16M Scuderia Spider is a convertible variant of the 430 Scuderia and is therefore propelled by the same powertrain. The engine comes in the form of a potent 4.3-litre V8 engine tuned to deliver 503 hp at a sky-high 8500 rpm as well as 350 lb-ft of torque at 5250 rpm. With a dry weight of 1340 kg, redesigned suspension and a quick shifting transmission, the 16M Scuderia Spider accelerate to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds before reach a 315 km/h top speed.
Just 499 examples were ever produced and Raphael Belly Photography recently had the awesome opportunity to snap some shots of a spectacular silver example in Monaco. Posing on Monte Carlo’s foreshore, this 16M looks truly addictive.
