Singer and songwriter Jay Kay arguably owns the world’s most eye-catching Ferrari LaFerrari as it’s painted in a bright shade of Kermit Green. While not quite as bright, an equally special purple LaFerrari was recently filmed undergoing final testing in Italy before being delivered to its customer.

As the following video shows, this LaFerrari is finished in a dark shade of purple which really gives the Italian hybrid hypercar an interesting look. While much of the front fascia and sides have been sticky-taped to prevent any paint damage, it’s obvious that the dark purple works very well with the LaFerrari.

Alongside the purple paint, this LaFerrari includes red brake calipers, five-spoke matte black wheels, black wing mirrors and a black roof.

The hypercar is of course powered by a hybrid drivetrain, wherein a 6.3-litre V12 engine works in unison with an electric motor. The V12 has an output of 789 hp and 700 Nm, while the electric motor generates 161 hp.

This means that when the two work together, the LaFerrari delivers 950 hp and over 900 Nm of torque, allowing it to sprint from 0-100 km/h in less than 3 seconds, 0-300 km/h in 15 seconds and achieve a top speed in excess of 350 km/h.
