The crew at Tuner Motorsports in the United States is currently selling its bespoke and heavily customised BMW i8. While not everyone may have heard of Tuner Motorsports, they are currently competing in Tudor IMSA with a potent BMW Z4 GT3 so are certainly well-versed when it comes to modifying BMWs.

From a mechanical standpoint, this i8 has been installed with a lightweight exhaust system which weighs 50 per cent less than the standard system. While the exhaust typically fitted to the i8 is relatively quiet with much of the interior sounds coming through the sound intake system and the speakers, the Tuner Motorsports titanium exhaust really makes this i8 head-turning when heard from the outside.

Elsewhere, it has been fitted with a set of H&R sports springs which lower the ride height by 0.75 inch at the front and 0.6 inch at the rear. Genuine BMW front upper A-arms have also been installed to provide the hybrid sports car with some additional negative camber.

Visually, Tuners Motorsports has outfitted the vehicle with a set of Forgeline AR1 fully forged monoblock wheels that measure 21×9 at the front and 21×10 at the rear. They are adorned in a Matte Transparent Blue finish which sharply contrasts the bright yellow wrap installed by Tuner Motorsports.
