A number of new details about Lamborghini’s next hypercar have surfaced before the vehicle debuts at the Geneva Motor Show 2016 in March.

According to the latest info the new model will be based on the potent Lamborghini Aventador and be dubbed the Centenario LP770-4. That name will make reference to the 100th anniversary of Ferrucio Lamborghini. 770-4 obviously referring to the 770 PS and all-wheel drive system set to power the car.

It is claimed that thanks to this extra power the Lamborghini Centenario LP770-4 will sprint to 100 km/h in a mere 2.7 seconds as well as a top speed in excess of 350 km/h. As with previous Lamborghini ‘hypercars’, it will feature an extremely limited production run. As a matter of fact, just 20 units are tipped to be built.

Alongside the performance changes, the Centenario will include bespoke bodywork but won’t be quite as insane as the Veneno.
